What GENZAX actually builds.

Seven disciplines, planned and built together rather than handed to seven separate specialists who never speak to each other, so every piece gets built with the others in mind. Each has its own page, with the case studies that belong to it.

What you actually get

Every engagement is meant to leave something running in your business rather than a report about it. What that looks like depends on the service.

  • AI Automation. A workflow running against your own tools that takes a repetitive job off someone's desk: something arrives, it gets read and sorted, and the next step happens. You get the working system and a plain-language explanation of what it does, plus where it hands back to a person. The lead qualification system shows one end to end.
  • AI Agents. An agent that handles a decision currently made by hand, built around your criteria rather than a generic template. Worth reading what AI agents can and can't do reliably first, since it covers where this approach holds up and where it doesn't.
  • Voice AI Agents. The same approach applied to phone calls, inbound or outbound. It tends to suit businesses missing calls outside working hours, or repeating the same handful of answers all day.
  • SEO. Technical and content work aimed at the searches that bring people who might actually buy. Local SEO for small service businesses and writing a Google Business Profile that converts cover the parts you can act on yourself.
  • Digital Marketing. Positioning and campaigns pointed at the same system your SEO feeds, so enquiries land somewhere ready to handle them.
  • Web Development & SaaS Apps. A site or internal tool built to stay maintainable after launch. Why most small business websites lose leads covers the failures worth checking on a site you already have.

How the work runs

Every project moves through the same five steps: Discovery, Strategy, Build, Deploy and Optimize. Discovery is a conversation about what's slow or disconnected before anything gets proposed. The full breakdown sits on the homepage, and what actually happens during a project covers it in more depth. The seven systems on the Work page were designed and built through the same approach.

You don't need technical knowledge to take part. You describe the problem, the technical side gets handled, and what's being built gets explained back in plain language.

How pricing works

Pricing isn't published here because it depends on scope, complexity and your business. Projects are quoted individually after a conversation about what you actually need, and you get a clear quote before anything is agreed. Where a project runs in phases, that structure is set out upfront.

When it isn't the right fit

Some problems don't need automating. If a process runs a handful of times a month, or nobody has settled what "done correctly" means yet, building around it usually costs more than it saves. This article walks through how to tell. Where that's the case, you'll hear it before any work starts.

Specific results aren't promised either. Traffic, conversion rates and time saved depend on your market as much as on the build, so you'll get an honest read rather than a number. If that's the kind of answer you want, describe what's slow or disconnected and you'll get one.
