What GENZAX offers
GENZAX provides AI automation, AI agents, voice AI agents, SEO, digital marketing, and web development & SaaS app services, as described in the Services Ecosystem on the homepage. Every engagement is scoped to the specific business and problem — nothing here is a fixed, off-the-shelf package.
How projects work
Projects are quoted and agreed on a per-project basis after an initial conversation about what you actually need. Pricing isn't published on this site because it depends on scope, complexity and your specific business — you'll get a clear quote before anything is agreed. Payment terms are confirmed individually per project before work begins, and if a project involves milestones or phases, that structure is laid out upfront and doesn't change afterward without your agreement.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid for in full, you own the work delivered to you: the automation, the website, the campaign assets, whatever was built for you. Until final payment, GENZAX retains ownership of the work in progress. GENZAX may reference or showcase completed projects in its own portfolio (case studies on this site, for example) unless you specifically ask us not to, and that request will always be respected.
What we don't guarantee
We're honest about outcomes upfront and won't promise specific results (traffic numbers, conversion rates, time saved), since those depend on your business and market as much as the work we do. If we don't think automation, SEO or marketing is the right fit for a problem you bring us, we'll say so instead of taking the project anyway.
Liability
GENZAX isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work, to the extent allowed by law. We build things carefully and test what we can, but no software or system is guaranteed to be error-free — if something breaks, tell us and we'll help fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where GENZAX is based.
Using this website
The content on this site (case studies, the Automation Playground demo, blog posts) is provided for informational purposes. The Automation Playground is explicitly a simulated demonstration, not a live tool connected to any real business system, and its output shouldn't be relied on for actual business decisions.
Changes to these terms
As GENZAX takes on more projects and the business grows, these terms may be updated to reflect how we actually operate. Significant changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
