I'm Syed Abdul Rafay, and I run GENZAX — a studio that builds AI automation, SEO and digital marketing systems for small-to-mid businesses. I focus on one thing: replacing the repetitive parts of running a business with systems that actually work, so the people on the other end can spend their time on what a machine can't do.

I started at 17, self-taught, and I don't have a long client roster yet — I'd rather say that plainly than dress it up. What I bring instead is real systems I've built myself, a habit of learning fast, and a willingness to tell a prospective client when automation isn't the right fix for their problem. That last part matters more than it sounds.

Right now that means splitting time between deepening the AI/ML fundamentals underneath this work and taking on real client projects, so what you get stays built on current thinking rather than techniques that were current two years ago.

Muhammad Hassan is GENZAX's co-founder. He covers Voice AI Agents (an agent that handles inbound and outbound phone calls the same way GENZAX's other agents handle text and email) plus Web Development & SaaS Apps: the sites and tools everything else plugs into.

He builds things meant to last well past launch day — sites, tools and voice agents solid enough that they don't become the bottleneck six months later. That matters more here than at a typical dev shop, since GENZAX's automation runs on what he builds: a workflow is only as reliable as the site it's plugging into, and a voice agent is only as good as the logic underneath it.

Web development, SaaS builds and voice AI get treated as part of the same system as the SEO, marketing and automation work, instead of handed off as separate line items to different people. When Hassan builds a site or sets up a voice agent, he's already thinking about the rest of the stack.
