ENZAXGENZAX is a small studio, and this policy is written the way we'd actually explain it if you asked in person: plainly, and only covering what's actually true about this specific site.
What information we collect
There's a contact form on the Contact page and another on the homepage. Both ask for your name, email address, phone number and message, and nothing else. If you'd rather not use them, emailing hello@genzax.com or messaging on WhatsApp reaches us the same way, and we receive whatever you choose to send. There's no login and no account system on this site.
Separately from anything you send us deliberately, this site uses Google Analytics, which collects usage data automatically from the moment you arrive. That's covered in the Cookies and analytics section below.
How we use it
We use your contact details and message only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the project you've hired us for. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This site runs Google Analytics 4 (via Google's gtag.js) on every page. It sets analytics cookies in your browser — _ga and a _ga_ property cookie — which Google uses to tell one visit apart from another and to recognise a returning browser. Through it, Google collects things like which pages you view, roughly where you are, your approximate device and browser, and how you arrived. Your IP address is processed by Google as part of that. We use it to understand which pages are worth writing more of; we don't use it to identify individuals, and we don't run advertising or remarketing tags. There is no Facebook Pixel and no advertising tracker on this site.
We don't currently show a cookie consent banner. If you'd rather not be measured, browser-level tracking protection or Google's own Analytics opt-out add-on both stop this collection, and blocking them doesn't break anything on the site.
The Automation Playground demo runs entirely in your browser using local keyword matching; nothing you type into it is sent to us or stored anywhere.
Third-party services
A few third parties are involved in running this site, and each one sees something:
- Formspree receives and forwards the contact form submissions. Whatever you put in the form — name, email, phone, message — passes through and is stored on their systems under their own privacy terms.
- Google Analytics / Google Tag (googletagmanager.com, google-analytics.com) receives the usage data and cookies described above, including your IP address.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) and Fontshare (api.fontshare.com, cdn.fontshare.com) serve the site's typefaces. Loading a font shares your IP address with that provider as part of the request, the same way any embedded resource from another server would.
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp instead, that conversation is handled by your email provider or by WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy terms, not ours.
Data retention and your rights
We keep client and inquiry messages for as long as they're reasonably useful to the working relationship or project records — we don't run an automated deletion schedule. You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will.
Changes to this policy
This page was updated when the contact forms and Google Analytics went live, because the previous version said neither existed. As GENZAX grows, anything else that changes what we collect gets written up here the same way, rather than leaving a stale claim standing.
